Jomie bikini has one base in Sydney, Australia and one base in Bali, Indonesia.
For all our orders in Bali we use GoSend and price vary for distance. For the rest of orders in Indonesia (outside of Bali) we use JNE postal service.
For orders in Australia and the rest of the world we use Australia Postal service. We have two options with Australia Post service – ‘Standard’ & ‘Express’ that you can choose from.
Dispatch Lead Times
CURRENT DISPATCH LEAD TIME: 2 business days
This is the time from when we receive your payment to when it is dispatched. It varies according to demand and stock levels.
Please note: orders with customisations will take up to 4 weeks to ship *COVID 19 Impacted.
All customizations are subject to fabric availability, if for some reason your desired customisation cannot be fulfilled we will be in contact via email to discuss options.

We can make changes up to 24 hours after your order has been placed, requests after this time cannot be guaranteed as our efficient dispatch team will have begun preparing to ship your order.

Our online store is integrated with our store network inventory and we have stock arriving every week, 52 weeks a year- which means we have lots to choose from. Our stock levels are 99.9% correct but sometimes we make mistakes. We are only human right? If there is a problem however, we will let you know and will ensure we resolve the issue!
