30 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, please return your item/s in new condition with tags attached, and we will be happy to exchange up to 30 days after your order has been dispatched to you.
How to make an exchange
1. If you wish to proceed with a size exchange, please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us
2. Please remember to include in your return package a note with your name and contact details. Please be aware we can not accept exchanges for items that have been worn.
3. Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed from when we receive and assess your returned item/s.
Returns Policy and Process
In the unlikely event that any of your items purchased appear to have a fault please leave the swing tags on the item(s), then make contact with us on email@example.com include a picture or two of the item and the identified issue. Our team will be in contact to review the issue, and then if appropriate will promptly arrange a replacement.
Items that cannot be exchanged or refunded:
Used or worn items
Items without the swing tags attached
Customisations (unless faulty)
Giveaways or any other promotional items
