Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for our swimwear, as once the packaging is opened and the item is tried on we can not resell the product. So we advice to read carefully our sizing information and checkout our galleries to see how the product looks and fits on models of different shapes and sizes. Returns
Unfortunately we do not offer returns for our bikinis, as once worn or tried on we can not resell the items. Please carefully check our sizing information for each swimsuit and feel free to message us if you have any questions.
Refunds
In the case that you believe the swimwear you have purchased is faulty, we would ask you to get in touch via our contact page, and send us some pictures of the product and a description of the issue, so we can investigate. If the product you purchased is deemed to be faulty we will be happy to offer you a refund.
Cancelations
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped. If you have not yet received the shipping tracking number from us, please get in touch and we should be able to cancel and either refund or exchange the product.
